SHIPPING POLICY

Once your payment is successfully completed, your order is confirmed immediately. At Arina Living, we usually take 1–2 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–7 working days depending on your location.

In some cases, deliveries may be delayed by 2–3 additional days due to courier service issues, weather conditions, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, the total delivery time may extend up to 8–10 working days.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped so you can easily track your parcel at every step.

Please note that Arina Living is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners. However, our support team is always available to assist you and ensure the fastest possible delivery experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

At Arina Living, we offer a risk-free replacement policy. If the product you receive does not match the description or arrives damaged/defective under manufacturing warranty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue at the earliest.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Once your request is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Process a refund to your original payment method/store credit.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Products damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our team.

  • Returns requested due to personal preference instead of damage or defect.

Returns based on personal preference are considered only for small décor items such as vases, candle holders, or similar accessories, and are subject to approval by Arina Living management. If approved, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If refund is approved it will be credited to your bank within 5-7 days and for store credit it will be credited within 24 hrs

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can sometimes take additional time to reflect.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • For wrong and defective products the delivery time frame will be 7-10 days
  • You received a damaged product.

To process any exchange or damage claim smoothly, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This helps our support team verify whether the damage occurred before or during opening and ensures a transparent resolution process.
